SHIPPING
All shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped. For international orders, we cannot cover multiple shipping fees. If a package is returned due to customer-related issues (incorrect address, missing phone number, customs refusal, unpaid duties, etc.), reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an international package is returned, we can either reship the item with shipping paid again, or issue a refund for the item only once it is returned, excluding original shipping costs.

PRE-ORDERS
Some items are preorders and require additional production time. Preorder status and timelines will always be listed on the main shop page and individual product pages.

REFUNDS
Most products are non-refundable. Refunds or replacements may be considered per item if a product arrives damaged. Please contact us promptly with photos for review.
